20,000 – That is the number of individual women that Wilt Chamberlain claims to have slept with. This incredible number puts Chamberlain of having relations with an average of 1.14 women every day since he was 15 until the day he died.

Whether or not this outrageous claim is true overall is an irrelevant point. I would have to say that just making the claim is enough to earn you jerk status. It certainly implies a major lack of respect for women.

But I’m fair. Here’s a quote in which Chamberlain somewhat admits that what he did wasn’t the best course of action.

“It would have been better for me to have one woman 1,000 times,” the ‘76ers and Lakers legend told Philadelphia magazine.

“I wasn’t bragging that I was a great lover,” Chamberlain admits. “Actually, if you look at it, you can say that I had so many women because I was such a bad lover, they never came back a second time.” (source)
