And many of those moments seem to occur on the playing field of sports. For example, Albert Haynesworth and his infamous head stomping incident.

Haynesworth supposedly removed Andre Gurode’s helmet and then attempted to stomp on Andre’s unprotected scalp with his cleated shoes. He missed, but didn’t let that stop his jerk crusade. He managed to succeed in damaging Gurode’s head and face, giving him injuries that required 30 stitches.

And what would a  moment of completely humiliating loss of self control be with out video footage of the incident?
